SYSTEMS MINDSET
The path to being the beast starts with your mindset, and is about 80% of the journey.
We'll help you develop healthy coping mechanisms to life's stressors, find and focus on your "why" and utilize the "see, feel, trust" tool to break through your mental barriers.
As engineers ourselves, we understand the systems engineering mindset and all of our mindset programs are structured and crafted around the philosophy that the engineering mind is a systems mind and can not be compared to any other mindset or fitness program.

ENGINEERED DIET
If you are on the job as an engineer, what does your diet look like? Are you eating unhealthy foods because you don't have the time to prepare healthy meals?
Or maybe you just don't have the expertise in what works well with your body, lifestyle and job?
Food has a highly significant impact in culture and in coping.
We will develop an approach that is about eating new foods, not just cutting out the current ones.

OPTIMAL PROGRESSIONS
The traditional approach to exercise leads to anxiety and injury.
As engineers, we prefer to take a very scientific approach to exercise, which is not the normal way of exercising.
That's why normal fitness programs don't really work for you, because they don't understand your environment and mind.

John is a former D-1 athlete, certified in National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Wellness Coach (CWC), Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).
In other words, he's certified to reduce injury, enhance performance, and get you in the best shape of your life!
He is a former strength coach of the Turkish Ege University Dolphins Football team and have been training personal and group clients for 10 years.
He has taken his clients through a journey of progressions, moving weight through all planes of motion, with control and explosiveness.
He believes that peak skill and peak explosiveness define the ultimate form of fitness.
As a husband, Dad of three boys, and full time Engineer who has maintained his D-1 physique; he is offering his science-based toolset to those engineers serious about being the strongest, fastest or fittest guy in the room.

FAQ
I have very limited training experience, can I really be a “beast”?
Yes, you can. You have an edge as a matter of fact. The fitness industry is filled with miseducation that forms very bad habits. These bad habits, cause anatomical setbacks that require much more work than someone who has worked out very little through their lifetime. Through this program you will be treated the same as any professional athlete in terms of giving you what you need when you need it.
Is your program worth the money?
Absolutely. The vast majority of the population receives a very watered down training experience. What you normally get is a program with a warm-up, a workout, some critiques along the way, some nutrition tips, and promises of a six pack and a healthy lifestyle. But very rarely will you receive the end to end lifecycle of tools, customized particularly for your life and your journey as an engineer.
What exactly is the system you use and how will it get me in shape?
Science based workflow, focused on movement patterns and injury reduction, after more utilization of metabolic energy systems, mindset tools, coping mechanisms, and nutrition advice. Most engineers, especially with family, struggle with work-life balance and stress at home. We will implement small changes throughout your workday that integrate with an agile engineering mindset. This will allow you to have a smooth transition into your home life as you take your focus from delivering a quality system to delivering a quality You.
What do you mean by “be the beast”?
A person’s physique is one of the first things you see when being in the same room with them. They more than likely have the confidence of a leader, are approachable, and can more than likely solve any problem. This is what you will attain when you do this program. It is not just a workout and exercise program. It is a strategy for approaching any, and every obstacle in your life, through science based methodology. You will acquire skills, the ability to breakthrough mental barriers, and a physique that will allow you to live a long, confident, and healthy life.
What if I’m too busy and I miss a day because of my busy schedule?
In order to truly transform your mind, body and spirit, you will need to be intentional. Still, we all have off days.
You will be given tools for improvement whether you miss and we have to reschedule or whether you can make every session.
We will adjust the schedule accordingly for everyone’s best interest.
Can you guarantee results?
Yes. You will have optimal posture and optimal strength endurance within 90 days. But results are not one-size-fits-all. Your goals will determine your results. Whether you'd like to jump higher, sprint without pain, or achieve loaded and unloaded agility; your results will be based on what's important to you.
